Do you ever have problems with tangles. My rigs dont seem to fish correct as the lines get wrapped around each other.

Great rig . 6/0 -3/0 pennel on the running ledger with big squid , mackerel , or cocktail bait .Big worm bait on the 3/0 top snood . Can be deadly close in for that big bass .

Good knot, but why have a shock leader 3x strength of main line ? The main line will break well before the leader. Surely lighter leader will make for better casting without losing overall strength ?

Loved this video...I'm a newbie & having loads of blanks but i love trying. I'm trying a 3 hook flapper next week at chesil. I can't get down to the busy end with my kit so I'm just hoping one day i catch a fish other than a conger ell!

Why are you using a zip slider for a rig that will be cast from the beach that are made for boat fishing not strong enough for casting🤔👍

It is better thn the fox pan set. I had the fox set and within 3 uses the coating was coming off. I took it back and got a refund and bought this kit and still going strong .

Last outing at dungeness I took my dad & a friend for a long weekend. A single smooth hound & a couple eels the first night, rest of the weekend was bass & dogs that were in abundance. Dogs are a pest but they make great fish fingers. Enjoying the content I've seen. Hoping to go dung in the next few weeks.

I've fished 45ish years and this used to scare me many years ago, until now that is, the crimps are much softer and gentle on the line. I get an occasional grip problem from carpol tunnel and when tying knots they look bloody dreadful. These are a game changer, slick as you like 🚀

Nice one, I caught two off Felixstowe beach 7lb 8 lb, one after the other, 2 weeks back. First every that size of beach in 50 years of fishing. Result.

My last 2 times out in Bexhill and 20 Dog fish no matter what baits I use just can't get past them but like you said better than blanking. 😀
